The AI Assistant can now create and change custom entities. When a flow needs a question or display that no built-in entity covers, the assistant writes the custom entity itself, shows it to you, and only adds it once you approve.

The assistant creating a custom entity and asking for approval

What it can do

Create a custom entity

Ask for something the built-in entities can’t do, and the assistant writes a new custom entity for it.

Update one you have

Change an existing custom entity, such as its look, its inputs or its wording.
The assistant hands this work to the same agent the custom entity editor uses, so the result is the same kind of entity you would get there.

Using it

1

Ask for it

For example: “Add a step where the customer drags a slider to split their savings between three goals.” If no built-in entity fits, the assistant offers a custom one.
2

Check the approval card

The card says whether it is a new custom entity or an update, and shows a live preview. Open the component editor from the card to change the code or the settings before you approve.
3

Approve

Approving saves the custom entity and lets the assistant carry on with the flow.
In the assistant’s timeline, the steps the custom entity agent takes show nested under the assistant’s own step, so you can follow what it is doing.
